Subscription Fees and Non-Refundable Policy: All subscriptions offered by Capital Market Laboratories, LLC are non-refundable. This policy applies to all subscription plans, including but not limited to paid trials, monthly, quarterly, and annual plans. Once a subscription payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

Change of Mind: Deciding that the subscription no longer meets your needs.
Lack of Use: Not utilizing the services during the subscription period.
Technical Issues: Encountering technical problems that prevent access to our services, unless they are caused by a failure on the part of Capital Market Laboratories, LLC that cannot be resolved.
Upgrades/Downgrades: Changing to a different subscription plan during the active subscription period.

By subscribing to any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.

Automation Prohibited By using The Services, you agree not to create any automated processes, programs, or “bots” that access The Services without explicit, written permission from an officer of The Company.

No Reuse You agree not to resell or redistribute any portion of the content or The Services, without explicit, written permission from an officer of The Company.

No Reverse Engineering You agree to not attempt to use The Services in order to create any similar or possibly competitive products. You will not use the code or any other resources to try to reverse engineer methods, algorithms, processes, etc.

No Sharing of Accounts You agree not to let anyone else have access to your username and password. You will protect and keep private this information with all reasonable precautions, and will notify CML promptly if you have any reason to think this information is no longer private. In the event of intentionally sharing of your username and password, you agree to pay the associated subscription fees for the additional users accessing your account.

Code of Ethics
No subscriber to the services provided by the company shall use vulgar, violent or otherwise threatening language when addressing support staff via email or phone. A violation of this rule will result in an immediate subscription cancellation, a one-month refund, and a lifetime ban from all properties owned by the company.

Copyrights and Intellectual Property The Company or its suppliers own the intellectual property rights to any and all protectable components of The Services, including but not limited to the name of The Services, artwork, end-user interface elements, APIs, source code, calculations, and algorithms contained within The Services, and the related documentation. You may not copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of The Services, which The Company or its suppliers own. Any dissemination of a Top Pick, it’s coverage date, or coverage initiation price shall be deemed in violation of United States copyright law contained in chapters 1 through 8, 10 through 12, and 14 through 15 of Title 17 of the United States Code.

Modification to Terms of Service and Pricing The Company reserves the right to modify and discontinue, at any time and from time to time, temporarily or permanently, The Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of The Services, including but not limited to subscription plan fees of The Services, are subject to change. The Company shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of The Services. The Company agrees to make a reasonable attempt to notify users of any such pricing changes. For general references purposes, The Company chooses to note that as of June 2017, no user’s subscription fees for accounts in good standing have ever been changed. This in no way, however, precludes The Company’s right to make such changes in the future.

Indemnity If your activity or any activity on your behalf creates potential or actual liability for The Company, or for any of our users, partners, or contributors, you agree to indemnify and hold The Company and any such user, partner, contributor, or any agent harmless from and against all claims, costs of defense and judgment, liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions arising out of or relating to your use of The Services, or any breach by you of these Terms of Use.
